Eden Hall Campus hosts seasonal events like Farm to Fork Dinners, workshops, and community gatherings that celebrate sustainability and local food. Open to Chatham University community members and neighbors alike, these events offer a unique way to connect with the land—and each other.
Farm to Fork
Chatham University’s Farm to Fork dinner series at Eden Hall Campus will begin on Thursday, May 8, and run through Thursday, August 14. The Farm-to-Fork events will occur rain or shine on select Thursdays from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Large Barn at Eden Hall Campus.
Enjoy Farm-to-Fork dinners on May 8, May 22, June 12, June 26, July 10, July 24, and August 14.
Expert chefs from Parkhurst Dining will create dishes utilizing produce from Eden Hall’s farm and other local vendors to craft authentic culinary experiences for guests to enjoy outdoors on the grounds of Eden Hall Farm. Farm-to-Fork Attendees can dine in and enjoy their meal at the barn or Eden Hall’s beautiful outdoor setting or takeout.
